Delivery Charges

RM25 - All states besides Sabah,Sarawak

Notes to value customer:

1. A surcharge will be charge for deliveries within Peninsula Malaysia, East Malaysia & Singapore. For further information, please contact our customer service department.

2. There will be a 50% surcharge for any cancellation of confirm order. We refuse cancellation if hamper had sent out.

3. We reserve the right to substitute any item that is equivalent or other item depending on stock availability without prior notice.

4. Hamper will be delivered within 7 working days after all the payments is cleared.

5. Undelivered hamper(s) due to no recipient at the point of delivery or incorrect address will cause late delivery.

6. Please make cheaques payable to ONE HAMPER, or bank in to account -- PUBLIC BANK : 3151805325

7. No guarantee of prompt delivery if order made a week before the festival.

2. 如取消订单，将依礼篮原价扣50%费用。如礼篮已送出，恕不能取消订单。

3. 如遇货源不足，本公司有权以同等价值的产品来取代。

4. 礼篮将于7个工作天送到。

5. 无人签收的礼篮或地址有误造成的延误递送服务，恕不接受投诉。

6. 支票抬头请写ONE HAMPER，或汇款至 PUBLIC BANK ：3169 4322 19。
