Terms & Conditions

Notes to value customer:

1) There will be a surcharge for deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia, East Malaysia & Singapore. For further information, please contact our Customer Service department.


2) There will be a 50% surcharge for any cancellation of confirmed order. Cancellation is not allowed once the hamper(s) has been sent out.


3) We reserve the right to substitute any items in the hamper(s) with other equivalent items or items of equivalent value depending on stock availability without prior notice.


4) Hamper(s) will be delivered within 7 working days after all payments have been cleared.


5) Please ensure that the recipients’ details are correct in order to avoid delay in delivery. Any complaint on late delivery will not be entertained.


6) We will not be held responsible for any undelivered hamper(s) due to:


i) Recipient not at the delivery address given during the time of delivery


ii) Wrong address provided


iii) Unable to contact the recipient during the time of delivery


7) The delivery of the hamper(s) will only be made once. We are NOT liable to deliver the hamper(s) more than once due to:


i) Recipient refused  to acknowledge/accept the hamper(s) for any reason


ii) Unable to contact the recipient during the time of delivery.


iii) Recipient not at the delivery address given although we have contacted and informed the recipient in advance on the delivery date and time, and the recipient has agreed to the delivery date and time specified.


iv) Any other reasons not stated above.


8) Undelivered hamper(s) will be sent to the buyer.


9) Please make cheque payable to: One Hamper (M) Sdn. Bhd. or bank in to: PBB 3151805325.


10) We reserve the right to add, delete, vary or amend the terms & conditions herein at any point of time at our sole and absolute discretion without notice and without liability to any party.
